Always polite, rarely have to wait and the place looks and smells clean. UPDATE: I have been a consistent customer since Ken opened last October. Never disappointed and prices are very reasonable. They know my color preferences so well by now that I am comfortable letting them pick my color or design if I have no idea what I want.
